MEMBER ID AND PASSWORDS

Access to certain areas of the Site is only available to registered members. To become a registered Member, you are required to answer a limited number of mandatory questions in an online application and pay membership fees (non- refundable). Eurufly travel abroad program agency fee (non-refundable)
Answers to additional questions are optional. You represent and warrant that all information you supply to us about yourself and others, including email addresses, is true, valid and accurate, and that you have the right to supply us with such information.

PROGRAMS AND PAYMENTS

All communications by the company in relation to your Eurufly Travel Abroad programs or other services are done through an online form on our website, www.euruflytravels.com, or will be sent to the address stated on the registration form: support@eurufly.com or ceo@eurufly.com. The company reserves the right to refuse any participant application if it does not meet Eurufly eligibility.

Thereafter, payments for the Eurufly Travel Abroad agency fee do not guarantee or imply confirmation of a visa or partner program. Partners have terms and conditions for programs that users should understand and must comply with to participate. Participants who choose to cancel their application after
Payment of program fees and work and travel processes that have started will not be refunded.

Eurufly does not guarantee or issue visas to any country. We only guide and offer the best solution program through partner networks to assist you with travel requirements and for the requested embassy. If a user forges any document in the program application or visa application, we will cooperate with the security authorities to execute justice. In an unfortunate situation that happens with any visa type denial, there is no placement fee, the agency is not refunded, and J1 Visa does refund a partial fee after the reason for the denial is reviewed.

However, some J1 Visa sponsors do not refund. 50% compensation can be given due to case of application for Summer programs or less. Refund procedures are on or before the 90-day period. A delay in payment may occur due to the circumstances of the application for a refund and the case. Please confirm with the program coordinator the terms and conditions of the J1 Visa sponsor you have been assigned to. But the J1 Visa put in the work to assist participants in a successful application.

Except as explicitly permitted, neither Your use of the Website nor this Agreement grants You any right, title or interest in or to Eurufly Limited, www.eurufly.com or its licensors' copyrights, trademarks and service marks. TERMINATION

In the event of a breach by You, this Agreement and all licenses granted thereunder shall automatically terminate. Any termination of this Agreement terminates all of Your rights to use the Website, including Your license to the content located thereon. 

Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement Eurufly Limited www.eurufly.com reserves the right to, in its sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny use of the Website, its services to any person for any reason or no reason at all. This agreement can be cancelled by the Eurufly Limited www.eurufly.com at anytime.

If at anytime you become dissatisfied with the terms and conditions of this website or any future modifications you understand and agree that your only recourse will be to a) terminate the agreement; and/ or b) Immediately discontinue use of the website and service. Eurufly Limited www.eurufly.com will not be responsible for any storage left on its servers after cancellation or termination. Should you initiate the termination for any reason, you agree that you are still responsible for charges for any Orders which are still pending and not past due on the Termination Date. You understand and agree that your cancellation of your account and Service membership is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with Eurufly Limited www.eurufly.com.

CHOICE OF LAW, JURISDICTION AND VENUE

The Website is owned and operated by Eurufly Limited www.eurufly.com in Lagos Nigeria, This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced as though executed in Lagos, Nigeria and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria without regard to its conflict of law principles. THE PROPER VENUE FOR ANY JUDICIAL ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN LAGOS NIGERIA. THE PARTIES HEREBY STIPULATE TO, AND AGREE TO WAIVE ANY OBJECTION TO, THE PERSONAL JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF SUCH COURTS, AND FURTHER EXPRESSLY SUBMIT TO EXTRATERRITORIAL SERVICE OF PROCESS.

SEVERABILITY; WAIVER

If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties' original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. The failure of Eurufly Limited www.eurufly.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

ASSIGNMENT

This Agreement and all of Your rights and obligations hereunder will not be assignable or transferable by You without the prior written consent of Eurufly Limited www.eurufly.com  Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.

NO RELATIONSHIP

Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement, this Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to create an association, agency, partnership, joint venture or employee-employer relationship between You and Eurufly Limited www.eurufly.com

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

Eurufly Limited www.eurufly.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you, without any liability to you or to any third party.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT; AMENDMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter addressed in this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all prior communications, contracts, or agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter addressed in this Agreement, whether oral or written.
